The Detroit Dollar

„This dollar bill was given to MONA by an artist from Vienna … Rahman Hak-Hagir. We want everyone to have a picture with it … artist, non artist, young, old, famous, common, extraordinary, all kinds, everyone. We will get a picture of all of you with the dollar when you are in Michigan again.“

– Paul Smith, Project Director at Museum of New Art, Detroit
